We have launched a Customer Support Programme Portal to enable customers who have already paid for certain repairs to specific generations of PureTech 1.0 and 1.2 engines, within the Stellantis Network, to check eligibility for support via a fast and convenient process.
The repairs for which support may be applied concern an oil pressure issue (resulting from a premature degradation of the timing belt) and/or excessive oil consumption
Vauxhall implemented extended coverage for previous generations of the PureTech 1.0 and 1.2 engines in March 2024, covering 100% of the costs for up to 10 years or 112,000 miles for both parts and labour, under certain conditions.
If you had repair expenses with these engines due to excessive oil consumption and/or premature degradation of the timing belt between January 1, 2022, and March 18, 2024, you may be entitled to support.
An online portal is available to enable you to submit your application online and provide the documents required for the assessment. This allows your support request to be processed quickly and conveniently.
The review of applications on the platform starts with pre-selected customers in November 2024 and will be open to all applications from mid-December 2024.
